1. Product Classification

All items sold by Zyltar are recreational products — not real firearms. Gel blasters fire soft, water-absorbent gel beads and are intended for backyard practice, target shooting, and organized recreational games. They are not weapons and must never be used or represented as such.

2. Age Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from this store.
• Products are not suitable for children under 14.
• Users under 18 must be under the direct supervision of a responsible adult at all times.

3. Mandatory Safety Rules

• ALWAYS wear impact-rated eye protection (safety goggles) when using or near a blaster in use.
• Never aim at the face, eyes, people, or animals, or at anyone who is not a willing participant.
• Treat every blaster as if it is always loaded.
• Use only manufacturer-approved gel beads; never load any other projectile.
• Keep blasters and beads stored safely away from children when not in use.
• Never modify a product to increase its power or muzzle velocity.

4. Orange / Blaze Tip

Where fitted, the orange or blaze-coloured muzzle tip must never be removed, painted over, shortened, or altered. Removing or disguising the tip is illegal in many areas and creates a serious risk of the product being mistaken for a real firearm.

5. No Public Use

These products must never be carried, displayed, brandished, or used in any public place, including streets, parks, schools, public transport, or any populated area. Pointing or threatening any person with a blaster — even in jest — may be treated as a serious criminal offence.

6. Your Legal Responsibility

Laws covering gel blasters, toy and dart blasters vary widely by country, state, and region and change over time. It is entirely your responsibility to confirm that these products are legal to own and use in your jurisdiction before ordering. Known restrictions include (but are not limited to):

• Australia: gel blasters are legal only in Queensland; they are restricted or prohibited in other states/territories.
• United Kingdom: subject to the Violent Crime Reduction Act and related restrictions.
• United States: rules vary by state and municipality.

If a product is not legal in your area, do not order it. We may be unable to ship to certain regions.

7. Liability & Warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zyltar accepts no liability for any injury, damage, legal penalty, fine, confiscation, or seizure arising from the purchase, possession, use, or misuse of any product, or from a customer's failure to comply with local law. Products are provided “as is” for lawful recreational use only. Manufacturing-defect warranty terms are described in our Refund Policy.
